COUNTRIES PREPARED FOR CLIMATE CHANGE

Last month saw 85 countries sign up to the Paris Agreement ensuring that the agreement would be ratified and brought into force.  This move ensures there will be a significant global change towards greenhouse gas regulations in the near future, with countries forced to dramatically reduced their greenhouse emissions.

With climate change clearly taking center stage we decided to take a look at which countries are most at risk and which are most capable of coping with the challenges of climate change.

We found an excellent piece of research; The Notre Dame Global Adaption Index (ND-Gain), carried out by the Climate Change Adaption Program of the University of Notre Dame's, Environmental Change Initiative.

Whilst the website has some excellent data visualization we decided to put Power BI to the test and take a look at some of the numbers for ourselves.

All the data as well as some interesting statistic can be accessed at index.gain.org
